Plateau Police Arrest 32 Suspects, Recover 10 Rifles In Crackdown On Kidnapping And Trafficking

Plateau State Police Command has arrested 32 suspects for kidnapping, trafficking and other crimes, recovering 10 rifles and ammunition in recent operations across the state.

The operation was carried out by the Plateau State Police Command as part of intensified efforts to curb insecurity, kidnapping and illegal arms possession in Plateau State.

“The Plateau State Police Command has arrested 32 suspects for kidnapping, trafficking and other crimes, recovering 10 rifles and ammunition in recent operations.”

Security operatives also recovered 10 rifles and several rounds of ammunition from the suspects during the operations. The recovered weapons are believed to have been used for kidnapping, armed robbery and other violent crimes in Plateau communities.
