Brighton & Hove Albion have announced the signing of Nigerian winger Femi Azeez from Millwall on a four-year contract.
The 23-year-old joins the Premier League club for an undisclosed fee, bringing pace, directness, and versatility to the Seagulls’ attack. Azeez, who was born in London, has represented Nigeria at international level and was one of Millwall’s standout performers in the Championship last season.
Brighton confirmed the deal on their official channels, with the winger set to add depth to Fabian Hurzeler’s wide options for the 2026/2027 campaign. Known for his 1v1 ability and high work rate, Azeez fits Brighton’s model of recruiting young, high-potential talents with resale value.
The move marks another step for Nigerian players in the Premier League, with Azeez hoping to break into the Super Eagles squad with consistent top-flight performances.
Azeez will wear the Brighton shirt as the club continues its push for a strong finish in the Premier League this season.
