Wizkid and Asake’s “Jogodo” recorded 60.7 million streams in Nigeria in the first half of 2026, placing it at the top of the country’s mid-year streaming chart.
FOLA’s “you” followed with 41.8 million streams, while Ckay and Mavo’s “Body (Danz)” ranked third with 38.2 million. FOLA also took the fourth position with “caricature”, which recorded 37.9 million, while Mavo’s “Tumo Weto” came fifth with 37.1 million.
The figures put “Jogodo” 18.9 million streams ahead of the second-placed song, giving the collaboration between Wizkid and Asake the largest share of listening activity among the 20 songs on the chart.
The rest of the top 10 was made up of Seyi Vibez’s “Fuji Moto” with 35.81 million streams, “Money Constant” by DJ Maphorisa, DJ Tunez, Wizkid and Mavo with 35.80 million, Wizkid and Asake’s “Turbulence” with 35.2 million, Omah Lay’s “Waist” with 31.8 million, and Rema’s “Fun” with 30.1 million.
The second half of the chart featured Asake and DJ Snake’s “Worship” at 29.9 million streams, Young Jonn, Asake and Focalistic’s “2Factor” at 28.9 million, Seyi Vibez and Omah Lay’s “My Healer” at 28.8 million, and Shoday and FOLA’s “Paparazzi” at 28.6 million.
Wizkid and Asake’s “Alaye” recorded 28.3 million streams, followed by Kidd Carder and Mavo’s “Big Bum Bum” with 27.5 million. “Nakupenda” by TxC, Davido, Scotts Maphuma and Shoday recorded 26.7 million.
Dave and Tems’ “Raindance” posted 24.4 million streams, while Young Jonn and Rema’s “Lalala” recorded 22.3 million. BNXN and FOLA’s “Very Soon” completed the top 20 with 22 million.
The chart places several collaborations at the centre of Nigeria’s streaming activity in the first half of the year, with Wizkid, Asake, FOLA and Mavo appearing multiple times across the 20 positions.
For the music industry, the mid-year figures offer a measure of the songs that attracted the most listening activity between January and June. They also provide a benchmark for the second half of 2026, when new releases will compete with the songs already established on the chart.
